My name is Beth Seltzer.  I live in Philadelphia and I write and read a lot. I’m a graduate of Brandeis University with a B.A. in Creative Writing and English.  This year I’m starting a PhD program in English at Temple University.

Tina is a Transient Internet Neurological Aberration.  She was created in an AI lab on the west coast, and now freely navigates cyberspace.  She was weakened by the Collapse of twenty years ago but survived, and is now probably the only fully cognizant electronic mind in existence.
